I may be biased, but I think he's the cutest!

I got to babysit my 8 month old cousin a couple of weeks ago. He was so funny when I was feeding him that I had to take a video of it!

A story in pictures

We have a new roomate, Laura.

Laura has a dog, Arrow. She's a border collie and so well behaved and we love her.

There is, however, the issue of Walter. They're still getting used to each other...last night was the closest they have come to becoming friends.

Walter has just come around the corner and has noticed Arrow on the floor.

Arrow is such a good dog and listens to Laura when she tells her to stay. Walter and Arrow size one another up.

Arrow stays still as Walter approaches. They are almost close enough to sniff each other!

Walter appraises the situation and deems it safe enough to relax. A little.

And then Walter loses interest.

But we convince him back into the room where Walter and Arrow come almost nose to nose!!!

Now it's time for Walter to relax. An excellent effort for the first night on both their parts. Good work, pets!

My Thanksgiving in pictures

Happy Thanksgiving, Canadians!

What a wonderful welcome home to my parents' house. A great start to the weekend!

Walter had a hectic weekend, as you can see.

The lovely table set for the lovely feast.

And then naptime for daddy-o.

I arrived home in Saskatoon to a lovely surprise! Gramma had bought me groceries!

Autumn is falling

Here are some pictures I need to share. The first picture is of my favourite place in the city. I love autumn. The second is one of my future houses. I have future houses all over Saskatoon...I'm just waiting till I marry rich and then I'll buy them all.

Snappy, snappy!

Hooray, hooray! I have a camera again! It was a gift from my lovely parents and it's so little and cute and lightweight! LOVE IT!! If I could take a picture of it, I would. I guess I could use my sister's camera to take a picture of mine. Hmmm...

Anyway, in honour of the event, I'll post some pictures.

Here's a picture of me on the phone thanking my parents for the camera I'm using to take this picture.

This is my classroom at the end of the day (thus the messy floor!)

This is the current state of my desk. It's like a physical representation of what my head feels like inside right now.

We made these yesterday. So proud of them. I've received so many compliments from other teachers...which makes me feel good! Emma painted the tree a year ago for part of my Autumn learning centre (for my Science Methods class). You're gaining fame among the teachers at my school, Em!

This is me. At the end of the day. In my classroom. So ready to go home.

Now that I'm home, I really need to get some work done for tomorrow and GO TO SLEEP!

Goodnight!
